Escape room in Dunedin
Mysterious Cabin
Free the trapped souls before you join them.
People walk into the cabin in the woods and they do not walk out. The ones still inside have been waiting a long time for somebody to work out how the door opens.
The track ends at a cabin nobody built and nobody owns. Inside there are boots by the door, a kettle still warm, and a lot of names carved into the beams. None of those people made it back to the road.
Mysterious Cabin is our most physical room. Expect to search, to handle things and to work out what the cabin wants from you before the hour is up.
Who this room suits
- Families with older children
- Folklore fans
- Teams who like to search
What to expect
Eerie atmosphere and low light. No live actors and nothing jumps out at you.
This is the one room where the door actually locks. There are emergency exit buttons inside, so your team can let itself out whenever it wants, and your game master is watching the whole hour.
Age guide
Under 12s play alongside an adult. Some low light throughout.
