Book the whole venue and put up to 36 people through 6 rooms in the same hour. From $150 per room, which covers up to 6 players. Every team is locked in at once, every team is racing the same clock, and the leaderboard goes up the moment the last door opens.
It works because nobody can sit it out. Escape rooms surface the quiet person who spots the pattern and the loud person who cannot find the key, which is a more honest hour than any trust exercise.

How many people can we take?
Each room holds 6 players, so a single session seats 6 rooms times 6 players, which is 36 people. Larger groups run in back to back sessions across the afternoon or evening.
6 to 12 people
One or two rooms
A small team or a single department. Two rooms running side by side gives you a natural head to head.
13 to 30 people
Half the venue
Three to five rooms at once, with the rest of the group in the lounge until their slot comes up.
31 to 36 people
The whole venue
Every room, every game master, one clock. Exclusive use of the building and a leaderboard at the end.

What is included
What a workplace booking includes
- A game master for every room, plus a floor manager for groups over 20.
- A shared briefing so the whole group starts together.
- Live timings and a leaderboard read out at the end.
- Team photos, sent through the next working day for your intranet or socials.
- Invoicing on request. We can bill your organisation rather than taking payment on the day.
Timing
Christmas parties and end of year events
December books out early, usually by late October. If you want a weekday evening in December, get in touch now on dunedin@escapeartists.nz.
Where to eat afterwards
We are 36 Bath Street, 50 metres from the Octagon, so the whole group can walk to dinner in two minutes. Tell us where you are heading and we will time the sessions to suit your booking.
